BSA offers religious emblems for many denominations. If you are interested in pursuing any of them, please contact any of our religious emblems counselors for details. A class of Ad Altare Dei will start in September. They must be at least in 6th grade and a baptized Roman Catholic to participate. Our troop is chartered by Holy Spirit Church and the diocese requires all adults who supervise children to attend the Protecting God's Children training and undergo a background check. Within our troop setting this requirement applies to adults who are registered leaders as well as those who transport Scouts or who camp with the Scouts.
